OpenWRT will generate the olsrd.conf under /tmp/etc/olsrd.conf

The option :

config Interface
list interface 'wlan0-1'

is wrong, it will generate olsrd.conf as :

Interface "wlan0-1"
{
}

It should be :
list interface 'wlan0 wlan1'
