No... a broadcast package has a range of "1 hop".

You could do this, but you would have to add code to olsr to do it.

Maybe you could just test the BMF plugin (you have to run it on all nodes). It 
creates a multicast tap interface (224.0.0.1), all traffic send into this 
address is forwarded to all nodes.
