[Olsr-users] Broadcasting data to all OLSR nodes

Hi,

 

I need to broadcast data to all OLSR nodes. My network is 10.1.18.x and
in single hop 10.1.18.0 is functional as broadcast address.

 

I could not yet distribute the nodes geographically so as to create a
true multihop network.  Do you think the OLSR nodes can rebroadcast the
packet when the destination is broadcast address ? Is it achievable by
the routing table entries created by OLSR ? 

 

Or I should package all data traffic as OLSR packets in order to do
multihop broadcasts?

 

Or is it my application's job to broadcast the data packets?

 

What is the recommended way ?
