[Olsr-users] ETX-LQ calculations questions

Could anyone please explain the following . 

I have a test configurations with two Linksys WRT54GL routers running Freifunk firmware with olsrd 0.4.10 .  Office conditions, radio link is perfect. 

Routers have the following olsr.conf :

One of the routers has additional HNA section . 
And I got a strange ETX values on both routers. 

On the first  ( 192.168.10.10):

So, I am a bit surprised with so low LQ and NLQ values in Topology section and 
why LQ in Links table is >1 and not equal to LQ in Topology ?
