For IPv4 nothing changes...

for IPv6 the default case is still "txtinfo/jsoninfo can be accessed
by ipv4 and ipv6" (if your distribution has the feature activated).

with "ipv6only" flag, the txtinfo/jsoninfo should be ONLY accessible by ipv6.
