[Olsr-dev] Lock file parameter in

Since 0.5.6, there is a lock file kept open in RW.
This prevents remounting the file system to RO.
It's easy to relocate the lock file to a RW file system,
but not that easy to find out how to do it.
Adding the parameter in provided config files?

# OLSR daemon lockfile
# Defaults to configuration file path appended with ".lock"

# LockFile        "/var/run/olsrd.lock"
