[Olsr-dev] Fixed Point Math Patch - please apply

Ah - a post scriptum. While browsing through the patch, I noticed the wrong 
year in the copyright statement of fpm.h and fpm.c. I've done it _this 
year_, so 2004 -> 2008 please. And just in case: of course I read what 
others are writing before start coding.
