[olsr-dev] Routing Quirks

Hello,
experimenced some annoying routing behavior ( sample gif hopefully attached,
otherwise see http://styx.commando.de/sven-ola/sample-mesh.gif ). All 5
nodes running olsrd-0.4.10+patches, lq, lqdijkstralimit = 0 / 5.0, fish,
tcint=2.0, tcvaltime = 250. All links are in OK with an ETX of 1.5 ~ 2.5.
The normal routing from A to D is: A -> E -> D.
If E is removed / dead / oops, it needs up to 10 minutes to get the
alternative route over A -> B -> C -> D. Until this time, D is not present
in the routing table of A. Not present in Httpinfo/routes too. Seems to be
symmetrical, sind D has no routes to A also.
This is caused by the long fish-tcvaltime of 250 seconds + funny time
addons. Httpinfo/nodes says: E is still in the topo-entry-list, but of
course no node has a link to E because the HelloInt/HelloValTime is long
expired (after ~ 90sec). So no routes. Any ideas for improvements?
LG Sven-Ola
