[olsr-dev] Technical report on OLSR-ETX

Hello Weverton,

with the MPR issue I can't help you. But I would think there is nothing
tricky with that in OLSR, because all nodes have to measure the Link
Quality and send it in there Hello-messages.

I found a proposal for ETX, but nothing more.
