[olsr-dev] changing configuration parameters dynamically?

Hi, 

Is it possible to change emission intervals with a plugin? For example, I want to stop the emission of hello messages for a while then return to the normal mode. I have thought to intercept the outgoing packets and remove the hellos but I'd prefer to change the hello emission interval dynamically to do that. So filtering the hellos will consist in setting the HELLO_INTERVAL to infinity...
Can it be done easily with a plugin?
