What is the peer link of the LTE modem? Does it run OLSR?

I guess your use case is very similar to what I brought in in the DLEP design team: some way 3GPP standards and IETF standards are lined up. The outcome is that there is a protocol converter needed, having access to the 3GPP radio (e.g. TS 27.007), converts the information to DLEP and provide it to OLSR. Conversion is not  that easy, as information elements differ a lot.

For OLSR(v1), there is a SmartGateway interface, reading from info file. See README-Olsr-Extensions for details.
