OLSRv1 keeps all directly and MPRs connection on his topology table and put the best route to the destination ( minimum packet loss ) in his routing table, am I right?

Olsrd uses an ETX metric, which does only include multicast packet loss (and not link speed)... so the routing protocol does not know about your link speed differences anyways.

If you want to play with a link speed based metric, you can use our
OlsrV2 implementation (at least when you work with Linux wifi).
