OLSR has been designed for "MANET"... Mobile Adhoc Networks.

Most of the default timings of olsrd (and olsrd2) should be fine for
mobile networks... the only thing that will be a bit slow is metric
convergence... to reduce the noise in the metric we were forced to
average the packet loss input over a long time (32 seconds).
