[Olsr-users] OLSR disconnets all routes when a interface will be added or removed

We use vtun to establish our VPN Sessions.
Vtun have less overhead. We dont like / need to encrypt our traffic.

Also making the tap-interfaces static via IPROUTE2 does not do the
trick, because OLSR seems to relate on the interface state (up / down)
and if that status will change, all lerned routes will get flushed and
recalculated.
