The tested 10.4.0.1 is not within the HNA 10.5.0.0/16 prefix.
Is 10.5.0.0/16 in main routing table?
Do you see the ICMP packets? Replied? If so, the HNA should be advertised (if prefix is in main table) and seen on the other nodes.
