yes (the uniqe interface ip requirement comes just from 2hop neighbourhod,
and internal olsrd problems with non-unique interface ips)

olsrd links are announced via TCs, which are just a list of neighbours
main-ips. (and cost)
(neither the own interface ip is specified there, nor the interace ip of the
neighbour)
