I think I have spotted an error in our example config file... the
txtinfo got pushed up to version 0.2, so the configuration block for
loading it should be:

LoadPlugin "olsrd_txtinfo.so.0.2"
{
    PlParam     "Accept"   "0.0.0.0"
}

Most likely the OLSRd tries to load a txtinfo version for the stable branch.
