Most likely a bug in the "rfc compatible" hello generation. I don't think this 
code has been tested for years.

If you plan to use a real network, activate the ETX extension.

You will not get a working network with this settings, not even in simulation 
(OLSRd does not run well with MPR selection in the 0.5.x branch).
