At first, OLSRv2 is a new version of the OLSR protocol. Olsrd does only 
support OLSRv1 at the moment, but we will move to OLSRv2.

In OLSRv2 you don't need HNAs because TCs are capable to announce whole 
network ranges (instead of only OLSR neighbors), so TCs in OLSRv2 will do the 
job of TCs and HNAs in OLSRv1.

The capability announcing non-OLSR networks is part of the OLSRv2 
specification, you can even add a "cost" to this announcements so the routing 
algorithm can handle multiple HNAs to the same networks (through different 
kind of links) correctly.
