LQ (Link Quality):
how well sees a node it's neighbor (a value between 0 and 1)

NLQ (Neighbor link quality):
how well sees the neighbor the node (a value between 0 and 1)

ETX (Expected transmission count):
ETX = 1 / (lq * nlq)
