You can announce any kind of address in an HNA. Of course the IP of the router 
itself must be a "olsr net ip".

You can use a HNA like this:

Hna4
{
   192.168.1.0  255.255.255.0
}

This will announce the addresses 192.168.1.0 to 192.168.1.255.
