The problem is that OLSRv1 has no way to determine the length of the address 
fields in the OLSR messages except by looking up an external value. 
Theoretically it should be possible to run OLSR in pure IPv6 mode and use the 
IPv4 legacy addresses in IPv6.

OLSRv2 (the packetbb packet format) can do it, because the address length is 
encoded in the header of each message.
