sounds like you need to make libs; make install_libs first

I believe I still need to work on a better openwrt olsrd.init and
olsrd.config file for openwrt trunk.
In the meantime please start it as olsrd -f /etc/olsrd.conf -d 0 from a
custom /etc/init.d/olsrd startup script
