Correct. The project pages are up and I have prepared 1 of 2 parts of the code.
The PAA daemon and a document describing how the system works are pretty much ready to be 
released.
Whats remaining is the paa plugin for olsr, need to add copyright and license to the 
source files. But I can release PAA daemon and doc separate from paa plugin so you guys 
have something to investigate while I prepare the paa plugin.

But due to work and other events today I think I'm not able to release PAA daemon and doc 
today, will try to release it tomorrow.

So this is a duplicate effort of olsr.org and olsr-paa?
Or are you just trying to create a package with everything needed? :)

My plan is to get the paa plugin incorporated into the olsr code tree, so it is included.

You mention "service discovery" on this page, what do you mean exactly?
