[OLSR-users] olsrd-0.5.0: LQ larger than 1.0

Hello all,
as already reported in http://www.olsr.org/pipermail/olsr-users/2007-April/887695.html 
the latest olsrd release reports LQ values larger than 1.0. 

Is this intentional or a bug? 
If it is intentional: what does a LQ > 1.0 mean? 
If this is a bug: any idea how to fix this?
