how about https://dev.openwrt.org/browser/packages/net/olsrd which is a
0.5.3?

in http://downloads.openwrt.org/kamikaze/packages/mipsel/ is only a
0.5.2, so you might need to build it youself by using the OpenWrt SDK (
http://downloads.openwrt.org/kamikaze/7.07/brcm-2.4/OpenWrt-SDK-brcm-2.4-for-Linux-x86_64.tar.bz2
) or the buildroot itself.
