Hello Andreas,
first thanks for caring and taking the time to respond.
To answer your questions: this is IPv4, and yes, the address of the interface really changes. This is not just an alias. I have a tcpdump that shows the HELLO messages as seen on a neighbour node. The source address in the IP-Header changes as expected, but the originator address in the HELLO message itself remains the old one. This caused a routing loop in my setup.

Are you using IPv6 or IPv4? And you are _changing_ the IP not just adding
another address right?
