[OLSR-users] Doubts on OLSR RFC-3626 (I am a new to OLSR)

Hi guys,
           I am new to OLSR.I had some doubts in the RFC-3626.Could anyone 
explain me the significance of the parameters "NEIGHB_HOLD_TIME" 
,"L_LOST_LINK_time"(in advanced link sensing) and other such 
parameters.Thanks
