[OLSR-users] LQ parameter from the LQ-TC message

i'm running olsrd 0.4.10 with Windows. I use the Link Quality configuration as it follows:

I'm analyzing a log to understand the changes in the metrics and the routing tables of my "olrs network".
I do not understand what does represent the parameter in the field LQ of the "Topology table".

It follows an extract from my log:

I do observe the entry:

192.168.0.30     192.168.0.10     0.498  1.000  2.01

The value "0.498" in the entry is the LQ for the source node (192.168.0.30), but it is different from the LQ value in the neighbor table that is  0.300 !!!!

Could anyone please explain me this difference in the values?
