the 104.13.0.123 is in berlin/weissensee or berlin/blankenburg 
registered ip-address.
so, I think just visit us on wednesday at c-base and we will find the 
problem.
the c-base is located at the rungestr.20 in berlin mitte near
S+U bahnhof jannowitzbruecke
