What you may be thinking of is just upping the data rate by using 'two' 
channels worth of
RF spectrum, but it still will be half-duplex.

Even with two completely different interfaces, in the same box, 
operating on channel 1 and 11,
one will still get interference between the two during transmission, 
unless filters and distances are
applied to the antennas.
