Ok, olsrd now starts without error. But debug output shows nothing and
olsrd doesn't seem to receive anything from the net... However, it's
sending broadcasts on both interfaces.

Here is my test setup:

1.1.1.2-----1.1.1.1 [ A ] 2.2.2.1-----2.2.2.2 [ B ] 3.3.3.1-----3.3.3.2

Node A is a Linux box with olsrd-0.4.9 and node B is OpenBSD with
olsrd-current and your patch. This is the debug output from A:
