[OLSR-users] Compile the Win32-binary from CVS

Hi Daniel.

You need the Cygwin environment (www.cygwin.com). Make sure that you 
install the CVS, GNU make, GCC, and Mingw32 packages that come with 
Cygwin. You will then be able to build the executable as described in 
the README file.
