[OLSR-users] Compile the Win32-binary from CVS

Hi!
This is my first attempt to work with compilers, CVS and so on, 
I want to try to compile the win32-files from the current CVS.

What things do I need for this task?


Can i do this in Windows or must I use linux?
I have sometimes worked with linux, but only with the KDE-Interface and not
on the command line.
