In the current stable version of OpenWRT, not really, unless you really 
want to get into the guts of the build process (you probably don't :-) 
 
The new experimental version of OpenWRT lets you do exactly this. Don't 
know whether you'll end up with something that works, though. 
 
Me, I have an appalling hack that may be of use: Install whatever ipkg's  
you need, then save the entire JFFS partition (using the dd comand) to  
ramdisk (/tmp). 
 
Then you can scp it somewhere safe, and restore it onto a different box, thus 
effectively cloning the first box.
