yes, it happens again and again in the interval between "Deleting route" ..
"Adding route".
in the conf file of one side there is the following lines:

HNA4 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0
HNA4 39.0.0.1 255.255.255.0

on other side
HAN4 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0

So, the WRT broadcasts via HNA that network 39.0.0.1 is connected to it.

How does it update? Does this happen more than once after startup?
In a setup like yours, all routes should be stable(static) after the
first route calculations are done.
