[OLSR-users] ask source code about powerstatus

I want to ask source code about powerstatus!
what is the usage about ipc??
when I run olsr with power status plugin, I cant see the usage of ipc

I also dont understant that how to use these functions?
void print_power_table() and int ipc_send(char *data, int size)
