[olsr-users] plugins info

Hi all!
I'm a new user of olsr and I read on the web page that is possible to implement a plugin to recover and also transmit  information with olsr. I also read the howto but I'd like to know if it is also possible to access to the neighbor list, without processing the olsr packets.
