[Olsr-dev] Removing Android and Windows

Hey Community,
I will prepare removing android and windows support. I do not have the 
time to maintain all that build-chains.
I did not find any project that makes still use of it. If there is no 
NACK I will remove that in a week and make a new release. I flashed 
several nodes with the current state in our mesh network (I also 
switched to procd on OpenWrt) and everything works without any issues.
