I think I will leave it at this one patch (rtable) for now.
My time is limited and the current OpenBSD port is based on an older olsrd
release (0.9.6.1) which complicates our local patches. I'd rather upgrade our
port to a newer olsrd release first, flushing out all the patches that have
been merged upstream since 0.9.6.1, and then take a fresh look at what's left.
