[Olsr-dev] OLSRv2 release version 0.3.0

Hi,

I just released the version 0.3.0 of both OONF-API and OLSRv2. There 
have been several small changed and bugfixes all over the place.

There is also a new plugin called "auto-ll4", which will automatically 
assign collision free linklocal IPv4 addresses to mesh-interfaces that 
have no such address. The plugin listens to the netlink system to detect 
if the user sets an IP itself and automatically removes the dynamically 
assigned address.

There is also a plugin that detect mesh ethernet interfaces and reads 
their link speed (10/100/1000 MBit/s) into the linklayer database, so 
the ETT metric can calculate the right metric cost.

Similar to the last release the routing agent is working, but will need 
more testing on all kinds of networks.
