[Olsr-dev] link_probe cross compilation for openwrt error

lq_plugin_ffeth_nl80211 is included in master, but disabled by compile option LINUX_NL80211.
I pushed the readme file, sent on mail list before couple of times. Compile howto is missing. Feel free to add :)

Current status: I wished there were more config options. And we had the discussion on using some bits in hello message.

If you need support testing it, let me know. I planned to test but failed to do so.
