[Olsr-dev] Revoke HNAs?

In theory you could send a HNA with a very short validity time... but
this give "interesting" side effects on nodes who did not got the
original HNA.

In OLSRv2 we can attach a metric value to a HNA... and there is a
encoding to say "no valid metric".
