Currrent dyn_gw supports any prefix, with a white list. Updating dyn_gw for a filter would be nice. Syntax would be ordered set of <network> <netmask> <network-filter-mask> <netmask-filter-mask>, with permit or deny. People who worked with route-maps would be familiar with such filters.
But yes, maybe start using Quagga or whatever for this.
