[Olsr-dev] Debian olsrd-plugins incomplete: pud missing

I want to use the debian packages for the upcoming olsrd release. Large step forward :-)

@Hans-Christoph: Can you include the pud plugin in olsrd-plugins? There shouldn't be any issue anymore. Same for sgwdynspeed.
In the olsrd-plugins overview, mdns is wrongly spelled as mdnsp.
jsoninfo is included, but not listed in the overview. README_JSONINFO is missing in the deb packege.
The mdns, p2pd, pud README files should be renamed to README_MDNS, _P2PD, _PUD.

@Ferry: can you add a README_SGWDYNSPEED?

@volenteer: add a README_TAS?
