I'm currently working on getting the olsrd output into other programs, right now using Java for the Commotion OLSRMeshTether Android app. So an easily parsable format is best. The current txtinfo output is OK, but not ideal. One thing that would be nicer would be if I issue a command (i.e. /hna) then receive back only data, no headers, etc. Or maybe just a header. txtinfo outputs an HTTP header now. Using a standardized data format like JSON or S-expressions (or maybe even XML, ug) would also make it easy to parse.
For a generally accessible interface, a complete admin web-interface would be nice too, but that's separate from what I'm working on now.
