But I wanted these 2 plugins pulled out of the default compile so that I 
can fix any outstanding issues (ipv6 and openwrt) without obstructing 
the release). This also allows downstream projects to stay as closely to 
upstream olsr as possible.

We did not have the 2 plugins in the last release, so there's no harm no 
including them in the default compile now ;-)
