[Olsr-dev] MeshTether test release - olsrd for Android

Strange, where is the DHCP server?  Could you double-check the settings
and see if Static IP is set?  Here's how:

- go to Settings -> Wireless Networks -> Wifi Settings
- click the Menu button
- choose Advanced
- scroll down to IP Settings.
