I've pushed the patch.

I'll change the default to CS6. This is the service class for
IP routing protocols. 
RFC791 precedence:
  110 - Internetwork Control
RFC4594 DCSP:
  3.1.  Current Practice in the Internet
     Based on today's routing protocols and network control procedures
     that are used in the Internet, we have determined that CS6 DSCP value
     SHOULD be used for routing
  |Network Control|  CS6    |   110000    | Network routing  

This doesn't say routing has absolute priority over other traffic.
RFC4594 advices rate queuing. I'll play with MadWifi and mapping
CS6 to AC_VI (access category video).
