[Olsr-dev] position update plugin

Hi list,

I'm preparing a position update plugin for publication in the olsr tree
but I have a question:

My plugin depends on an external library, not normally found in
distributions: https://github.com/fhuberts/nmealib (an NMEA library).
What are the preferences for olsr? Can I keep it this way or do we want
to have this library in the tree (I'd prefer not to do that).
